Andy James serves Wyse Real Estate Advisors as Vice President of Construction. His focus is on the physical aspects of real estate, including development, acquisition due diligence, and property and equipment life cycle analysis.
James also works on long term and annual capital improvement and periodic preventative maintenance project budgeting and estimating, construction management, tenant improvement bid package development, value engineering, and permit/building code analysis for the Portland property management and commercial real estate company.
James has 20 years of experience in construction management services, due diligence analysis and inspection, architectural, civil and structural engineering project management and time sensitive critical path, project management. His construction management experience ranges from inspection and reporting on a 25-mile high tech piping project to turnkey development services for a new headquarter office and television production facility. He has managed more than 350 tenant and capital improvement projects during his tenure at WYSE and maintains close working knowledge of all properties that WYSE manages.
James holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Management and Economics from Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts.
